Taking into account a lot of appeals of citizens, working in 2–3 and more organizations, in case of illness, an original of medical certificates can be given only for a place of employment. For rest organizations a copy will be enough.

– According to the point 4 of the article 11, the Low of the Republic of Kazakhstan N170 “Of citizens health protection” from July 7, 2006, a fact of temporal disability has to be certified with a document – list or certificate of temporal disability. The list of temporal disability gives citizens a right for release from work and receiving of medical benefit. At the present time lists of disability are being given to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the order N 859 of the President of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Of confirmation of the Rules of giving citizens of disability lists” from December 29, 2001.
