The Committee of state sanitary-epidemiological control of the Ministry of Public Health informs that for the period from November 29 to December 5, 2008 on railway points of state frontier 26 freights with products were held up because there were not appropriate documents.
The committee of state sanitary-epidemiological control of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that for the period from November 29 to December 5, 2008, specialists of sanitary-quarantine points on railway points of state frontier prohibited importation of 26 freights from Russia, Korea, Vietnam, India and PRC to Kazakhstan by reason of absence of documents, confirming that production is safe for population’s health.
Weight of the prohibited frights was 541.6 tons, including 190.1 tons of food production (natural tea, confectioneries made of sugar, sweets, ketchup, sauce) and 1.6 tons of toys.
