Kadyr T. Omarov

Was born on April 26, 1948 in the village Uranhai of the East-Kazakhstan oblast.

In 1973 year graduated the Almaty National Medical Institute. After graduation worked as a children’s surgeon in the Torgaisk oblast hospital of Arkalyk. Has a considerable medical and administrative experience.

In 1979–1988 years worked as a major physician of Jambul region, Almaty oblast. In 1988–1991 years was a major physician of the Republic children’s hospital “Aksai”. From 1991 to 2006 years was a major physician of the municipal clinical hospital N5 of Almaty. From May 2006 to November 2006 was a major physician of the municipal clinical hospital N1 of Almaty. From November 2006 was appointed to a position of Vice-Minister of Public Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. ]

Doctor of Medicine. Was decorated with a medal “Yeren yenbegi ushin”.
